Does anyone have a hard time internalizing their feelings?

I have a tendency to smile and laugh to myself, or simply space out and angrily stare off into the distance if I'm upset.

But I forget how these actions will be perceived in a social context. So people may think I'm flirting with them when I'm not, or else that I'm upset with them when I'm not. Etc.

It's very frustrating and I think a lot of people think I'm weird because of it.

Yeah I smile at innapropriate times cos someone can say something that triggers a memory of something unrelated and then it would be rude to abruptly switch topics

All I do is internalize

Idiots are so judgmental

They are not worth the energy it takes to interact with them
