What do u think telling a asd child they talk too much. then them seeing others able to talk do to them as a adult? trying to find out how to try to deal with psychological damage.

Maybe try telling the child why talking so much was a problem in that specific situation and provide a logical reason why speaking less would have been a better choice. Without a logical explanation that makes sense to the child, they probably won't see the point in doing anything differently.
