Someone has said that I sometimes seem like a different person. I am trying to work this out. So far I can think of these scinarios.

1. Sometimes masking breaks off where I can be seem to be different.

2. I sometimes get sudden bouts of depression which could be triggered off by someone saying something. I ignore it. But it can be that one minute I feel happy and then it is as if a switch has been thrown. It is nothing serious that I can't deal with. Is just one of those things.

3. Someone could be hacking into my account. But if this was true I would notice things typed that I have not said.

4. I could have a split personality, but if that is the case, then like point 3, I would notice things written that I can't account for. I may get koments of mind blank, but I am not doing something different. I am totally aware of my surroundings. I just can't remember what I was going to do or say.

Someone on WP?
Well, I didn't notice anything like that. I believe you have rich, rather chaotic personality and possible mood swings and you are undergoing great changes in your inner life - but I see you as a very coherent person.

A bit like having an open mind. Not too open though as ones brains would fall out.

I don't mask; so I ended up known for being moody instead, for being 'too open' that includes being 'openly closed off'. Yeah.

So moody, that no one seems to make up their minds about personality labels around me. Not even myself it seems.
Even my functioning levels fluctuate so much, that I get states of mind that can alter my cognitive profiles.

In other words, I'm very unstable in some sense.
But if you want my opinion, you're much better than me -- I'm mostly presently chaotic and little hidden agendas around that I'm less coherent.
You're just going through changes and revelations, which is not an unusual reaction to seem chaotic, more so surrounding around the mask and unmasking.

The main road for my own issues to be fixed this are whether (maybe all) to; undo and resolve all of my possible past traumas and unresolved subconscious misalignments, have this bodily discipline implemented with nutritious diet and regulated activity, and bypassing this ADD-like reaction through higher thinking, focus and mindfulness.

This is just me, of course.
The first one is tricky that make take years, because this is so subtle and a lot of well hidden problems came from this that will hinder the future attempts of resolving it. I cannot afford therapy, so I would have to do inner work instead.
The second has the issue with availability, unless I start compromising myself into torturing this immature side of myself, or bug the hell out of my household to start going vegan or something. But then there are varying alternatives for me available to work around said issues.
The third one, easily abusable by neglecting my body and other needs over 'higher' priorities yet also does not guarantee success of doing tasks right because of said neglect. I would truly need a real state of balanced self and maintain this to get it right.

Do you mean that folks say that about you in real offline life? That you "seem like a different person" at different times?

Or do you mean that folks only say that to you here on WrongPlanet?
