Annoyed when people try feed me when I dont ask.

It really makes me so annoyed when someone tries to make me eat or cooks for me when I don't ask. Food and eating are tricky situations for me, I only eat a select few things and I only eat when I decide to. When someone tries to cook for me and doesn't inform me before hand and then just presents stuff to me because they assumed I was hungry or something it really throws me off and in turn makes me go from 0 to 100, though I do try keep it internal for the most part but I do snap sometimes.

Im just annoyed right now is all.

One of the better things about adulthood for me is the granting of autonomy over what and when I eat. For many during childhood there is often the 'double whammy' of having to eat when you don't want to and also not liking the food that you are being presented with. School dinners spring to mind.

Then they act like they are doing you a favor

But they are undermining my efforts

Over and over I tried to explain, eating disorder

The ass hole does not understand

Correct time, correct type,
