I'm more and more starting to support this view. When you understand that life is meaningless depending when you become cognizant of yourself it also means that participating in it is also meaningless causing you to shut down yourself from the external world and people.
So do truly autistic people meaning people who do not experience recession to autistic state have born with this realization and furthermore those who do experience recession around ages 3 or so experience this nihilism world view in its whole grip?

No.
I've been 'there' both partially and completely in varying facets, yes.
But life long, no. I might've either be overly reliant on others and no drive to be independent, or ran away without a care long ago if that were the case. And if it were be the case, then I shouldn't even ever felt guilt all too often instead of struggling not to feel it at all.
Oh, also, from what I can understand; "My soul says it might be too boring".
