The Weschler IQ test, that I took (2004 San Diego) to get Asperger's diagnosis. Did not contain a coordination section altogether

I doubt it. Either way.

The neurological variant that results in Aspergers, and frequently high IQ, may result from greater neurological processing speed, complexity, or sensitivity (perhaps even a combination). If the result is a greater intentional thought life (often interfering with reflexive social exchange), perhaps the same conscious processing might also interfere with reflexive neuro-muscular function.

They show moderate positive correlation.
It means chances of good coordination grow with IQ and vice versa. Moderately.
Likely not appliable to autistic spiky ability profiles.
