"How are you?" and beyond

I try and show interest in my stepdaughter and granddaughter's lives, and to communicate with them as well as possible , but struggle to get beyond "How are you?" and any conversation that might stem from that .

There are five emotions and "happy" is just one of them


Some precious lil "people" treat happiness as magical and special

Happiness is not even superior to sadness

Anger is not a felony

Sadness is not a catastrophe



The only socially acceptable answers are "fine" and "good" . But bell curve



Then they act like they can and will "help" you if you are not "ok"


Precious lil "people" are ass holes
