I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to find this kind of information on the IQ of the ASD population. Numbers I've seen for the IQ <70 group have been much higher and not very consistent. I did wonder if the higher numbers are based on the former, less widely diagnosed, population.

I think my IQ is actually probably about average, although my mom, who is the one who got the results of my IQ test back when I had it done, says I fall more into the disharmonic category. Just another way I'm abnormal even among people on the autism spectrum, I guess.
