Toy / Tool for kids
Hello, my name is Karin. I want to make a toy or tool for preschool age autistic kids. It would be great if you could answer my questions!
1. Are there any toys/tools you wish you had when you were kids/your child was small?
2. Are there anything that you/your child carried all the time?
3. What was your/your child biggest struggle when you/they were small?
4. Are there any toys/tools that you/your child struggled to use?
5. Are there any toys/tools that helped you/your child significantly?
6. Are there any toys/tools that did not helped your child but wish it did?
Thank you.

1. I wish slime had been as popular when I was a kid as it is now. I'm a major tactile seeker and love all things soft, squishy, gooey, etc.
2. Not when I was a kid, but these days I always have a small stuffed animal or my little square of fabric with a marble inside with me.
3. Anxiety, changes in routine and talking to strangers.
4. Not particularly
5. Weighted products like vests and blankets have been a lifesaver for me.
6. No, most of the things I've tried have worked pretty well for me.
