Can anyone relate? (Epilepsy based question)

Hello... I am wondering if anyone has similar experiences.
I have epilepsy with all types of seizures, including profound sensory seizures, aphasic seizures, petit mal, etc.
I wrote this on facebook and I want to ask here, as well. Even if you don't have epilepsy, do you experience this?
Does anyone else's epilepsy give them existential anxiety? Questioning reality constantly almost obsessively? Intermittently being freaked out by questions, such as "Where is the sound originating from when my mom is talking"? and hoping that I am not psychotic? (No disrespect to psychosis)

I have epilepsy, but it's manageable enough that aside from taking daily medication, I don't really think about it much. The seizures I have had are all the grand-mal type. Each time I've had one, I always experience an aura well in advance (usually several hours) so I know I can always get to a safe place until the seizure occurs or the aura ends. As a result, I don't experience any measurable anxiety of any kind related to having epilepsy.
I am neither a doctor nor an expert on mental health conditions, but I think the anxiety you describe might not really stem from having epilepsy. I wouldn't jump to conclusions and think you're experiencing any psychosis, maybe you just have a very active imagination.

I wonder if there is a diagnosis for active imagination because it is actually sometimes very scary to experience
