I'm an extremely attractive woman (top 1%) and its terrible. I feel like my life would be so much easier if was average. For one I can NOT blend in. Everything I do is scrutinized its like I'm in a spotlight at all times, and since Im an aspie that mean every social mistake is magnified. Everyone knows who I am, when I just wish I could just be invisible and disappear. Secondly people have these SUPER high expectations for me that I can't meet. That I'll be super outgoing and super social- then they get pissed when I can't meet these expectations- its like its too heavy of a contradiction and they end up hating me and calling me a snob for it. Nobody can understand that I'm socially challenged even when I explicity spell it out. Third, I've had to deal with vicious jealous women who are threatened by me my entire life.

I've tried making myself unattractive so that I can be invisible but nothing really works. What would you guys recommend?

Don’t take a shower for a week.

Haha, sage advice!
I personally don't share this predicament. I always assumed it was easier to make yourself less attractive than more attractive. Although I confess, I do like being somewhat invisible because I'm plain and boring.

> Being Attractive Really Is Hell...

Tell me about it! I can't even leave my house without a bevy of supermodels jumping out of the bushes and chasing me down the street. I've tried decoys, pepper spray, tasers — nothing seems to work. They are relentless. 8)

Well, this is not an issue I have. I'm sufficiently mediocre.

Buy all your clothes one size too big and you'll look slightly not quite right, but no one can put their finger on why. I'm not saying, wear baggy clothes to hide your figure. I've accidentally bought the wrong size tops off eBay and worn them any way because I like the design, but they don't look right.

Wear thrift shop clothes from a decade ago. Again, you'll look ok, but a little off. I have a pretty friend who dresses this way. It does detract from her looks slightly. I don't know why. She looks like a school teacher.

Cardigans. Wear lots of cardigans. They are comfortable, but the frumpiest clothing known to man.

If you're Billy Eilish I guess this advice is useless. She's still pretty in her oversized get up.

Edit
I guess I should add I wrote this above in a humorous tone, just in case I get taken too seriously

Be yourself. Act yourself. If others make expectations. Only accept them if you want to.
Don't be pressured into acting any other way. If they don't like it, then they can move on.

If people have high expectations.
Try to not let that pressure you.

Let go. Be Happy.
beware life is fleeting

try and find a place and people
who allow you to be yourself
regardless as to what they expect of you

you are not put on the planet for other people's entertainment
the person who you need to please the most
without being overly selfish
is your self

as this is a big part of finding peace
direction
contentment

love freely (unconditional love)
if you feel you want to

don't feel obligated to take my advice

Leg go

as for the threatening jealous rivals
you could always learn jiu jitsu or krav maga
so you can kick any rivals ass's

the other area is psychological self defence
bit harder for people who have ASD

perhaps you can work out a clever way to avoid these people

Not sure if you're trolling or not.

If not, just take solace in the fact that no matter how bad you think you have it as an attractive person, you have it infinitely better than an ugly person.

If you're looking to become less attractive and you're dead serious about it, you could try gaining some weight.

Yeah, being actually good-looking must really suck.
Seriously, people who don't even know you being nice, friendly and polite to you instead of acting like you have leprosy? Never having to prove that you're attractive on the inside? Being able to actually look at yourself in the mirror? That must be awwwful!

If you don't want to be attractive, then become ugly. It's easy:

- Don't take showers or baths.
- Stop brushing your teeth.
- Eat nothing but junk food.
- Wear the same clothes for days on end without washing them. And make sure they're loose, baggy clothes like sweat shirts and sweat pants.
- Don't blow your nose whenever it runs.
- Smear greasy substances on your skin to make it break out.
- Roll in some garbage.
- Think nothing but ugly, evil thoughts. Eventually it will show on your face. Of course, this isn't as easy or fast as the above mentioned tips.

Ha ha, kidding (sort of).

A lot of people wish that they could be super attractive, but they don't realize what attractive people go through on a daily basis. A lot of people don't realize that there's two sides to a coin.

Oh, I don't think this is a troll.

I have a friend who could never keep female friends when she was younger. She's beautiful, but not the most NT person. Other girls were so weird with her. I got on with her really well, but I did see some jealousy in how others treated her.

Married and in her 30s she finally has other good female friends. It's like she's suddenly not a threat now she has her own husband.

Pretty girls do get judged and if you're social skills don't meet expectations that makes it 10 times worse.

The young Jane Goodall was quite attractive.

But she choose to spend all of her time hanging out with a bunch of wild apes.

You could go into some career path like that that involves contact with persons of the nonhuman persuasion.

Or you could convert to orthodox Islam, and start wearing a Burka to keep your supermodel looks hidden.

Just stop wearing make up, and shave your head, and just do non invasive things (Don't permanently disfigure yourself) to dampen down your looks. Dress like a butch lesbian. Wear shoulder pads and a football jersey.

Cut it out you guys! Having trouble because your physical appearance attracts too many people is a real thing and can be really troublesome, even dangerous when there are those who don't take no for an answer.

As for hollowmoon: don't do anything that would harm your health, like try to become overweight. Try to find a safe way that won't harm you.
One way would be to find a peculiar style of dressing that you like, but others don't find that attractive.
