Those are all questions that only your psychologist should answer.

If you get a comprehensive written report, there will likely be a few pages of "Recommendations". Mine were mostly about services I should seek or receive:

- Ongoing Psychologist and Psychiatrist for trauma, ASD, depression, etc
- Medication as determined by my GP (anti-depressants etc, for co-morbid conditions)
- Further testing for ADHD
- Occupational Therapy for sensory and executive function
- Speech Therapy for selective mutism
- Social Worker for issues with my mother / interpersonal
- Community services for autism groups

I can't remember it all, but there were about three pages of recommendations.

I actually have my first Occupational Therapy session today by Zoom. It's for sensory processing disorder and for executive dysfunction. I have no idea what to expect.
