Some of the helpful wisdom from NTs basically relates (more or less) to the methods of 'Mindfulness' (LINK) - that is wisdom instilled...............long before teh importance of 'Mindfulness' was known.

ADDENDUM: No helpful wisdom from NTs recalled?

Any helpful experiences from 'Mindfulness?' WP has discussed 'Mindfulness.' As mentioned in original post (OP), I feel that alot of helpful wisdom from NTs (including NTs experiences with ASD) appears linked to 'Mindfulness' - that is long before 'Mindfulness' became a formal term.

'Mindfulness' has been helpful in dealing with a pandemic - that is handling the necessary changes in routines, as well as developing new routines.

I haven't studied mindfulness, but I do find it's very helpful to try to be consciously and actively accepting of bad events and situations, because the alternative is to get all worked up and upset over things that are happening anyway, whether I get upset about them or not. Accepting things doesn't mean thinking that they are okay, just accepting that they exist so you don't become overwhelmed by them.

Were you asking for examples of other ways that NT wisdom can be helpful?

I don't see why you think that people associated with mindfulness are NTs.

I do not feel that people associated with 'Mindfulness' are necessarily NTs. Bfre 'mindfulness' became known, and hence became a term, trusted NTs helpful wisdom (even wisdom sensed by osmosis) had striking similarities to what we currently know as 'Mindfulness.'

I don't know what you are saying because there is at least one word missing from this sentence.

To refocus on original topic; any helpful wisdom from NTs?
