I mean other than avoiding it all together how can i cope with burnout? It's frustrating if I try to do anything that's hard for me it makes me as tired as if i do anythign that's easy for me for like 20x as long. Anyone have any suggestions?

Get all the healthy stuff - water, food, sleep, exercise, sunshine and meditation going. Then, set goals that start out really tiny, and work up slowly.
