Do group homes have internet?

Because i was talking about internet and how group homes don't have them one day on Facebook. And someone in a parents of autistic kids group and they said that group homes in hawaii have internet. I'm not sure if the person was BSing when they said that or not. Because sounds like they were bsing.

In my state, some do and some don't. It depends on the group home and how they want to serve their residents.
