Someone on autism forums thought the higher the score the less autistic you are which I think is a load of BS. but what do you think? Though to be completely honest. Some of them i deduced.
I'm interesterd in the your results.
On the other thread, The results were mainly in the 70s-80s.
I think autistic people. I'm suprised i did this well i'm generally clueless when it comes to pop culture.

I got an 84, which isn’t bad. I guess it would depend on the type of autism. They say that aspies are good at absorbing lots of information and retaining facts, so I don’t think it would be unusual for a level 1 autistic to get a decent score.

I scored 70.

So what does 70 mean? Is it high for an Aspie or low for an Aspie? Is it high for an NT or low for an NT?

The fact that it was aimed an Americans made the last bit harder.

Got a 75.

It's meaningless.
Scores are more like correlated with whatever type of education and cultural knowledge one gets a whiff of, than if it's relevant to autism or not.

To me, these are just trivial facts that I could've care less about, and happened to read or overheard.
Interest doesn't even much factor, more like exposure and recalling that exposure.

I managed 80.

That is rather different to the general knowledge tests I've tried before; there were almost no nonsense questions.

I actually think it is utter nonsense to claim that scoring highly means you are less likely to be Autistic, there is NO scientific basis for that.

The way I see it is how do you define what is general knowledge? While we're thinking on that why would anyone thing we have no knowledge of things outside that special area we know well? While there may be a few that are poor the majority will score well just the same as any NT.

91. I guess I would be good at a trivial occupation.

What does the score mean? It means you have some knowledge of random general knowledge that will be dependent on a lot of your background, not how well educated you are or your intelligence.

Well, you are better at guessing than I am! Maybe "guessing" is an autistic trait. ;)

Most of the questions aren't even about pop culture. Pop culture is made up of mainstream music, films, tv shows, Internet memes, etc. Very few questions about that stuff.

There are several famous people whose profession I don't know, and I still don't know if a Pokemon is animal, vegetable, or mineral. I have never owned a TV, and rarely see movies. I have not read Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, or Frozen. So, I won't bother with a current general knowledge test. However, when I was flunking out of high school, except for physics and shop, I had a general knowledge score above the US college grad level.
