Yes. Before a task, I am confused about which one to pick, thinking over how best to proceed, and reluctant to make a focussed effort. After a task, I am let down because I had to stop before I had it perfect due to my own limitations. During a task, I'm having fun solving the problems that come up and making progress toward the original vision. I'm here now only because I have to wait for some glue to dry so I can re-use the clamps and then proceed.
In general, happiness seems to come from concentrating on a task that fills the short-term memory without overflow. Meditation into bliss is concentrating without a task or limits.
