I think it is really important to us to understand which ways we learn and understand the best. I used to try to understand videos and lectures, movies ,youtube and listen to podcasts but when I was diagnosed, I found out those were the worst ways for me to interact or get information. I have very low visual and audio processing neurology. I do best with the written word to interact and understand. I think if we know how we learn and understand best (doing, hearing, seeing, reading, etc) then we can adapt some of our ways to struggle less and get better information. Self accommodation can help so much in our every day ways of doing things. If you struggle with words, do you think you do better to watch and or listen, look at drawings, charts, maps and diagrams? It is so interesting how different our neurology set ups can be!
