I was thinking about something that tends to bleed off a lot of our productive mental energy and health being on the spectrum and people talk about it as us 'constantly seeing themselves in 3rd person'. Yeah, but it's more than that - when social times are chaotic it's a lot like simulating a social air raid on yourself 24/7 to make sure that your fortifications are up to specks. While I think some amount of that in the world we live in is even normal for NT it's clearly a more manual endeavor if attention in any room agrees that you're what 'vibes' a bit less like everything else.
I'm talking about it as I'm having one of those rare moments where I'm seeing just how unhealthy it is to be pinned under that for too long.

Well, given I am up in the middle of night going over and over in my mind all the things that are bothering me - I could agree with this. My air-raid alarm is blaring: How to proceed with the dr, how to proceed with the friend, how to proceed with the claim, how to proceed with the teacher, how to proceed with the job, how to proceed... at some point I will tell myself ENOUGH, it's time to sleep and use my techniques to do so.
