First, welcome aboard!Do young people with Asperger Syndrome or intellectual disability use social media and are they cyberbullied or cyberbullies in the same way as their peers?
Second, breaking down your question into its component parts would make it easier to answer.
1) "Do young people with Asperger Syndrome or intellectual disability use social media?" Yes
2) "Are young people with Asperger Syndrome or intellectual disability who use social media bullied?" Yes, many are.
3) "Do young people with Asperger Syndrome or intellectual disability who use social media become cyberbullies?" Yes, some do. Some others seem to already be adept at cyberbullying before using social media.
4) "Is this done in the same way as their peers?" Yes, there seems to be a great deal of commonality among cyberbullies and their victims.
