I sometimes repeat questions and I know the expression curiosity killed the cat. Anyone here say the same things sometimes?

Often yes. Happens more though when stressed.. tends to do my head in and I get looped in thought.

Do you mean repeating a question you've already asked, or repeating a question you've just been asked, as a precursor to giving them an answer?
