Some contact with mental health at last

I finally got the mental health department to answer the phone (well, my gf did) and it took me to talk on the phone long enough to tell them my name and that no, i wasn't going to hurt myself or other people. Still the lady offered my gf if she wanted to "bring me in" same day. She said no. She said that usually means they put you in a room and watch you until someone comes to talk to you. I'd go postal.

They said they would call back that day or the next (meaning today) So I am waiting. They take forever to process this kind of thing. I am about to loose my foodstaps benefits because of a screw up on top of that. I got certified unemployable by a doctor from social services and they cannot seem to be able to find any proof of that, even though the check up was in the food stamp office. Oh well but thats another rant for another place, no?

The positive thing is I was at least able to contact mental health and they will see me. No money, no insurance, no prob.
