yes i can relate MOOC. my memory categorises any people stuff as 'unimportant' and although it's there in memory, it's in some dusty dark backroom of memory, takes a lot to retreive it, and not always successfully.

As for timing and organisational skills, it depends what age you are. I had very little in my twenties, but they developed with age and experience.

Certainly work will force you to develop organisational skills, no matter how basic it is, all work has some kind of organisational heirarchy or system to get thru the workload and i think i improved a lot thru that. you can adopt or adapt those systems to basic living skills.
