Yep. I also can’t sit still for the life of me. Well, except with meds, but those don’t last all day.

Yes I can sit still. (I do shift seating position occasionally, but it's not a constant must move feeling.) It's hard for me to imagine being unable to, altho I do have friends who apparently can't. I'll admit to finding the inability of others to sit still (or mostly still) rather irritating.

They also say you can only remember a dream if you wake up during it.

Nightmares usually have both of these things going for them.
