People like that will BS you all the time. Seems these days that ability to BS is a job requirement all by itself. Experience? Aptitude? Personality? Nah! not important - just the ability to tell big fat porkies will do!

Yes. All the time. I think that people think that because I'm not talking, I'm somehow not quite aware of what's going on around me, or that I'm stupid.
Idiots. All that time that THEY wasted on social chit-chat, I spent reading and thinking.

I have had people talk down to me too much. Not all the people I have met do that, but the majority do.
