One thing you are good at is being a comedian. Have you ever thought about being one? I kind of see the future in you, congratulations! I am proud of you!

I am sorry that in history not kind to myself. I have very low-self esteem, suicidal thoughts, envy myself and get frustrated at myself and sometimes call myself "ret*d" for having profound learning disorder, and sometimes give up on learning, as it is so frustrating. I used the phrase "ret*d" on myself from people who called me that for not learning like my peers.

I am also mentally ill after that.

There is no profit in that.
It only makes things worse.

A psychologist enlightened me about internalised negative thoughts.
Thinking affects your moods.
Negative thinking affects your mood negatively.
I was advised to change to positive internal dialogue instead, but you need to be realistic.
Over optimistic thinking is not constructive either.

I agree. I need to be more realistic about myself.

Thank you!

I am starting to develop more social skills from you, in the context to spot jokes.

Thank you! It feels like social skill training and self-therapy.

OK if anyone is serious about getting smarter, I recommend brilliant.org. :)

Learning new things can be a huge boost to your self esteem. It doesn't have to be typical smart things like math or biology. Something simple like knitting, macrame, or wood carving can be very rewarding as well, especially if you join a local group. I still recall fondly the feelings when I learned about different woods. I never became much of a carver, but I can at least now recognize wood and know their value. The world is full of opportunities to enrich your life. Try some and feel the pleasure of being alive. :)
