Obviously, some people’s opinions don’t matter. I just find it interesting.
Are you different in person than you are online?
Yes, I'm very different offline than I am online. I suppose it's easier to speak your mind online, if you're anonymous, because you're hiding behind a screen, which is why I do it here sometimes, although I don't go around trolling people because I'm not a bully like that.
Offline I use my filters more, so I instinctively know what to say and what not to say, although sometimes things can come out wrong, as in use the wrong wording. But it doesn't cause much problems as thankfully NTs seem to know what I mean.
What words have people used to describe me? Well, that depends. Only online have people called me self-obsessed. Offline people call me understanding, polite, easygoing, respectful, humourous, friendly, trusting, loyal, etc.
Sometimes people call me a worrier or nervous, and I know I give off the impression that I'm not very bright intellectually. That's both online and offline. I think I do have a learning difficulty that often comes with ADHD, maybe due to not storing factual information.
