For me I think it's certain blankets. And I have a mountain of comfort stuffed animals.... Sensory-wise I think my favorite is a large Snorlax Pokemon plush. He's big and filled with soft and squishy stuffing.

Walking/standing on grass with bare feet. There was a patch of moss in my previous garden, it was heavenly.

Being in heavy rain uncovered.

I love textures so silks, satins, velvet, fine linen, suede, leather, brocade, muslin, denim, fur, wool, lace, crochet, weaves, hair, skin...the list is not exhaustive.

I have a blankie I’ve had since little and it has two tags I can’t live without they are silky and amazing. I also love pop sounds :heart:

Right now it's a bit of a toss up between my calming jar and one of those toddler toys that's a bug with various segments in different colors that can be moved around. It has bright colors, a satisfying feel to it in my hands and makes a pleasing clicking sound as I play with it.

When I used to smoke, that would have probably been top of the list, but now it's cycling slowly on a more-or-less flat cement path through a shadowy, lush green area. It's very calming, gliding along with no effort, and I will literally pedal miles to get to such a place.
