Why do so many people prefer injustice?

Of course, there's lots of that in the outside world... but even online, in its limited ways, I'm faced by constant 'bullies' (or whichever term applies, whether in a position to do something about it or just through words...)

Like, I don't get it... so many relatively small sites online, with these... honestly, 'little-dictator wannabe' types... where I constantly get blocked, if they're mods, for the most ridiculous reasons (latest being... asking about a feature that countless other sites already have... I guess that's one conjured up reason, one might say... oh, and to add in a sadistic element apparently they think I'm being 'helped' with this action)... which everyone else (their 'colleagues') will, obviously, like all other sites I have similar experiences with, be fine with... I seriously don't get it, I personally, at least, have not just a loathing for injustice, but a kind of allergy, and also happen to be a mod on one of the biggest sites on the net... which actually has established procedures for how all this happens, so it's not like anyone can block whoever they like and their colleagues back them up like pathetic bootlickers... but even if it didn't, honestly, I seriously wouldn't *want* to do it (I actually often disagree with some others do, which are at best irrational... but if even a hint of sadism was in the rationale the person would be booted themselves... but, I guess, expecting the standards of the bigger sites for tiny ones is too much)...

Sometimes it does seem like I'm in the minority with this possibly endogenous feeling of justice, though... outside world is, as mentioned, much worse than anything virtual, but it does kind of mirror its way online too, I think...

Your question cannot be effectively answered because you have related only one side of the story -- your own.

I think that psychologically some people don't deal well with having a little bit of power, and their instinct (perhaps even unconsciously) is to abuse that power by exercising it unnecessarily and unfairly.

When power is out of balance, abuses occur.

When power is in balance, fewer abuses occur, but progress tends to stagnate.

If a site has too many petty dictators, you can quit visiting the site. That is what I did with Reddit. Bunch of power-drunk mods. Just change your habits. Go to a different site. Or reduce online altogether, and do something in the real world. The real world is not so bad. There, at least, you can see who you are dealing with. You can also find ways to earn money if you offer to do work for people. There is a lot of opportunity now.

Yeah, that was my reaction too.

There are sites out there with lousy moderation which drive users away.

There are also people on the internet who claim mistreatment on to have it subsequently revealed they are not a victim of anything but their own poor behavior.

And with autism there's the third possibility: autistic behavior with no malice behind it being mistaken for trolling, whining, or being deliberately obtuse.
