I haven't had a super duper intense special interest in like, 3 or 4 years. Or more.

But I think the Persona game series is my current one. It's so hard for me to articulate my love for this franchise, even nerding out with other people about it isn't enough. I want to embrace it into my core being and broadcast how great it is to the world.

But anyway.
I also have similar feelings for Blue Exorcist and My Hero Academia I think, just not quite as strongly.

Did you play all of them?

Did you feel a loss when you didn't have a special interest? I almost used the word "bored" but boredom is not 100% accurate for me, but not having a special interest can mean a lack of interest in many things. Hence a feeling of loss and boredom.

When I was a teen, I would get depressed when I couldn't "feed" my special interest. I am glad you found a new special interest.
