I have been doing a lot of thinking lately, maybe it's just our ''setup'' but are we sensitive over long periods? for example I get very stressed with my aunt here, and since then my acid reflux came back, throwing up the food, no sex drive, depression and anxiety, crying episodes at night holding my dog but perhaps my past didn't help? I have noticed my aunt and or rest of my family gets a ''rush'' or ''pleasure'' out of being very social almost 24/7 and life in general, but I just get ran down, yet at the same time I am very interested in women but even then not a lot of contact

Yes, stress is bad for anyone.

Being stressed from having to live with your aunt is quite normal.

We are often stressed because we mask or try to appear normal in front of unfamiliar people.
Stims are suppressed and that creates stress.

I can stress out strangers if my gender appears in the uncanny valley between male and female.
They get caught in a computational loop and that stresses them out!

It is normal for autistic folk to have higher stress levels than NT's. Sensory overload and higher rates of anxiety amongst autistic folk contribute to higher stress levels on average.
