I had a neighbour who would spend ages standing there chatting to my Mum and I but I had to stand there politely. If I went to do something else it was seen as impolite. So I thought I would at least try. So as the most common thing they talked about was the weather, I borrowed my youngest brothers book and spent the night learning about clouds and weather.

The next time we met my neighbour I was ready! We met and I pointed to a cloud and told her all about it. Her mouth dropped open! Uhmm. Somehow this doesn't seem to be working! Found out that when she started talking about the weather so I was able to talk about it, she did not want to talk about the weather after all!
