Grateful that this far I have not gotten hit by a car. Plenty of close calls

Grateful that I still have a job, even though it is a dumpster fire "job"

Grateful my sister lets me live in her house for free because my job doesn't pay enough for rent

Grateful I am still in more or less good health, except the Litterbox, fatigue and weakness and back pain

Grateful to live somewhere relatively safe and not too crowded

Grateful that as of right now, all the appliances currently working

Grateful to live alone

Grateful to live somewhere quiet

Yeah I'm grateful for a lot of the stuff that people take for granted too

I am glad you have things to be grateful for.

Gratitude can definitely improve one's state of mental health. Continue to be thankful for all the small mercies. There's always someone worse off, and someone better off. Many of these "better off" folks have lost their humanity. They take everything for granted
