Here's a video I found from Temple Grandin regarding asperges. I kinda agree with her considering how the dsm 5 is kinda hurting both the mild and the extreme side of autism.

People think if the person is mildly autistic/asperges they are lying and if the person has more profound autism they're expected to grow out of their autism.
