Don't hate yourself for complaining - I'm sure no one here minds. I'm sure I speak for us all when I say that we all do our part of complaining.

We do have difficult lives from time to time - we're in this world together... we're in the same boat. Allow us to help if you need it.

I eat or sing or take Xanax Anxiety is not fun. It seems that whether it's a good thought or a bad thought, if it involves anticipation, I get very anxious. Then I get depressed about the anxiety.

Whenever I feel like this, I take a long break. I retreat from everything for a little while, listen to music, play games, and just take time to calm down. Try it.

Please dont feel stupid about complaining. we all need to sometimes. Just remember, just because it feels like the world is caving in doesnt mean it is.

Don`t because you may feel better for a short period of time but when you wake up tomorrow things ain't any better.

Instead plan a way to make things better.
