i think ive changed and will change but change is hard but i think i will be better because of it i just wanted to share the good news my first goodnews in a long time and my first positive post

God knows change can be difficult. I can deal with change if its 1 thing, but usually thats not the case, major change alters many different things that would otherwise be stable in life, and so it can be difficult knowing what to do next and adjustment takes some time to be able to settle into that new routine.
