Sensory disorder and gait problems

I have had disabling gait problems for ten years now without diagnosis. I also have AS with sensory processing disorder and walked tiptoe until the gait problems made me too unstable to do so. Now, while it's possible my doctors know nothing and are missing something obvious, I'd like to figure out which symptoms may be from the SPD and not from the new disorder. For starters, I wobble back and forth pretty severely, and my toes catch on things and make me fall down. I also tire easily and can no longer skip, hop, jump, or walk tiptoe. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or have information that relates?
