A few problems I have with food
Anyone else not feel hungry or full. I use to when I was younger goes weeks without feeling full. But then all of a sudden I would feel full. Today I cant feel either. So I eat and eat and then I get stomach pains and diarrhea and then I dont eat for days or weeks and I dont feel the need to eat.
Also I got something for the diarrhea and its called cleanser. Anyone else take cleanser and does it work?
Also ive found I overeat because I feel that if I dont eat we are wasting food or im not getting much of that food.

lol, I tend to overeat when it comes to things that I like... I'll get like, protective of it or something, lol. If I like something a lot, I'll eat a lot of it. But I'm also a fast eater, and usually people around are as well, they are also bigger eaters than me. I get small portions each time, so by the time I decide I like something enough for seconds, then it's gone usually. So when I can get in there for more of something, I'll wind up eating well above what I actually want.
I don't really know why it is, it's not like I am not getting anything at all...
But then there are days I'll hardly eat anything at all. I don't know if it is the texture of the food, the flavors, or what exactly it is. I just don't want it at all to begin with, so I'll take one or 2 bites and be done.

What sort of foods do you eat?
If your binges tend to be wheat or dairy or sugary, ( or if tend to eat a lot of a very limited range of foods) you may have food intolerance(s) which often expresses itself as addiction in that want to eat more and more of that food and less and less of anything else, and because of the addictive nature of intolerances,(especially to gluten in wheat, and casein in dairy, because they contain food-opioids, like opiates), they completely disrupt your appetite centre. And then "overdosed" can float for a few days on almost nothing.
Rather than falling on the same old stuff next time you feel hungry, eat something completely different, rice rather than pasta for example. Or nuts and toasted seeds instead of cheese/yoghurt , or whatever.
Good luck !

Hmmm, not exactly. I go for long periods of time when I do not feel hungry. I have to make sure I sit down and eat enough of the correct types of food every day to remain healthy. I do have to think about it. There have been times in my life when I've eaten too much as a result of stress - I was finding comfort in eating. I was also a blimp, very overweight, back then. Once I realized what I was doing, I stopped that.
Cleanser. If you have diarrhea, I don't think you'll really want a cleanser. You've already upset your gut - it's probably both irritated and the little bacteria and things that live in there that serve your body may be injured, dead, or out of balance. My suggestion would be: go for a day without eating. Then eat small quantities of easily digestible food (like rice, broth, maybe toast) every few hours. The next day, if your gut has settled down, add some more foods that are easy on your gut to your diet. It could take a couple of days to settle it down, so don't rush it. After a few days, you might try some yogurt - it has beneficial bacteria in it (if you buy the kind with the live cultures) that will repopulate your gut and help it to function properly.
In the meantime, you might look around at some websites on nutrition and see what it is you should be eating, and in what quantities. I find that a lot of people think they need a lot more food than they actually do, so pay attention to the quantities. This has all worked for me, in the past. If you continue to have problems, you might want to confer with a medical professional (which I am not).
I hope you feel better soon!
Sometimes I can go days without eating and never feel hungry. I'm not sure how long I could really go because I pay attention to my body and after 2 or 3 days I can feel a certain amount of weakness from not fueling my body and then I force myself to eat something. The hardest part of the issue is that when I dont feel hungry it can be very hard to force myself to eat something, and even then it usually has to be something very specific or I can't get it down.
Other times, I can never seem to feel full and I will nibble from the time I wake up in the morning to the time I go to bed. This doesnt lead to over eating because I control my portions.
All said, my weight fluctuates about 5 pounds depending on wether I am eating or not. I asked my Doctor about it and he said it was more important to worry about what I was eating over the period of a week than on a day to day basis.

Cant say that 's my problem. I have to eat every few hours or i get dizzy or cranky or weak. low blood sugar. I find if i eat refined sugar or white flour i cant stop as easily either. I usually avoid it as much as i can. It just makes me feel better. My zoloft makes my system really irritable, so i usually stick to fruit and meat.
