My case manager lectured me today

i got 30 minute lecture from him about stuff just because he sensed i was struggling, saying that there was no naturopathic answer and i might need meds and i need to take responsiblity for my self. i really hate hearing from peopel that my medical problems are me not taking care of myself. I just stood there dumb founded unable to say anything intelligent. He basically told me off and said i was full of it..

Yeah, it's very much like how fat people are treated. Being told that their fat is a result of medical problems, not a natural diversity in human bodies. Such as your case manager is claiming your Neurodiversity is something that is needed to be medicalized, instead of accepting as a natural diversity found in human beings.

I have a question. Is this man your boss or any other authority figure at your company? If he is not that kind of case worker, couldn't you request another case worker or is this not allowed?
