hello,

i have seen a short course advertised at one of my local colleges called 'working with group dynamics'.

the main strapline reads: do you struggle with group dynamics either in the work place or socially? find out what happens in groups, group roles and group dynamics. this workshop is both theoretical and experimental...

has anyone here tried anything like this? the course is a single weekend, so 12 hours in total.

who do you think it is aimed at? i am only worried that i would find it overwhelming but i am tempted.

any feedback would be appreciated.

I don't know, but I think I would love to take a course like that. I'm not sure it would do me any good though. My husband is always explaining to me what happened in meetings, and I just don't get it.

yes, that is my problem, i don't know if it will help me as i don't know who it is really aimed at but it is really quite cheap - it is less than £60 (not sure what that works out as in $ right now) but i think i might book on as part of my new years resolutions of self improvement.
will let you know more when i find out.
