Dear Aspies,
Some derivate from plants are important for autistic spectrum.P.e theanine, r-glutamylethylamide existing in Japanese green tea.
Do you know other medicinal plants favours for treatment on patients with asperger syndrome?

I love green tea (my nick attests to that) and drink lots of it. I also use green tea scented body and hair products. It doesn't help with AS, though. I'm still as clueless as I always was in matters of group politics and what NTs expect me to do/say to find me "appropriate" enough.

I use l-theanine all the time...I drink green tea and take it in supplements.
I also take GABA and Omegas out the wazoo.
Just for general mental function...which is always a teeter-totter for me.

Oh yeah...also DHEA and Holy Basil...and Rhodiola Rosea

They are all a part of my daily maintenance regimine...I don't really notice a difference while I am on them...I only notice when I fall out of the routine of taking them.
