I feel internal pain whenever I hear the sound of a baby crying... but thats not really a shock.

That screaching sound loudspeakers make when some idiot taps the microphone make me feel psysically sick as well...

Very loud sudden sounds make me feel sick.

If I get touched lightly I get a stabbing pain in the stomach.

There was an example I read recently of someone with AS who said that alarms felt like pins stabbing inside his ears.

Yes.
I like to tell everyone I hate phones. They're sudden, and loud, and annoying and stuff.

I hate the sound of motorbikes and loud car engines. They make me feel like someone's jumped out from behind a tree and held a knife to my throat.

Depends on the noise. A car horn, no. I feel it rattling my collar bones, but it doesn't cause any pain. Very loud (or rather, strong) noises cause my ears pain, but that's about as internal as it gets.

Sirens and alarms cause the stabbing feeling in my ears too. I also have a strong reaction to
certain soft sounds too. I get an instant nausea, cringing, and anger toward, chewing,
clicking, and subwoofer bass. I have the same reaction as to the sirens and alarms. I
need to cover my ears when I hear those sounds, or leave...quickly.

Yes,it instantly sets of meltdowns in am,and it isn't good living in a busy area.
It's a extreme shockwave effect, would rather be legless than have to put up with this pain and MDs so often.
Am recommend wearing ear defenders,or ear defenders and earplugs [am use laser lites plugs under ear defenders, they're soft, not scratchy and are one of the best],this might help.

Sudden noises scare the living bejeezus out of me. Doesn't matter what it is; a hideous alarm or a loved one's voice softly saying my name. I jump, scream, and my heart stops. My lungs hurt, I can't speak or move for a few seconds. I can feel the stress hormones pumping through my heart and my body. I feel like I had a near-death experience. Then I often get mad at the person who scared me even though I know it wasn't their fault. It's just such an awful experience. I know its difficult for my boyfriend and my family to deal with me reacting like they're about to kill me when I react like that, but its 100 times worse for me. I wish it would go away.

Sudden touch does the same thing. The startle response happens more when I'm really immersed in an activity, whether it be the computer, a book, or even laundry.

When someone in public startles me like that, they often laugh friendily and say "Oh, haha. Sorry I scared you!" It makes me so angry. It's not a laughing matter. It hurts.

I think i will get ear plugs, its good to have a name so i can find them easy.I have tryed to get some before and got some really yucky wax ones, then tryed again and the woman in the shop gave me swimming ones.

Sometimes my head feels like it gets a buzz/shock when sudden noises occure. Not always, though, because i have had it without sounds a couple of rare times. I don't like sudden noises during quiet. Noisey motorbikes and cars; I hate those the most! I feel a little tight when I hear that, and my head buzzes. It makes me mad when it happens, because I can't focus on anything while I hear it.

I hate sudden noises. My heart races but it doesn't cause me any kind of pain. I do get an awful sensation on my front teeth when I hear certain scratchy noises though. I wonder if anyone else has it.

I can't stand fire alarms. I don't know when they're going to go off, they're loud, and they go on, for fifteen minutes.
