My body, especially around my heart, feels like an eyeball being poked over and over again. Trying all my sensory tricks, the feeling is still there. Should I get noise cancelling headphones or any other thoughts? This feeling is no fun at all☹️

I think you should see a doctor. As soon as possible.
It could be just stress, or something more serious.

^ Yes. Unless you are absolutely certain that this is a sensory sensitivity that you already know about, please see a doctor as soon as you can. I can't tell you what it is, and it may be little to worry about, but please don't take that chance. Best wishes!
