Discrimination encountered with forum moderator.

I have encountered numerous problems on the forum by the hands of a moderator named Dogsbody. In one thread I had received numerous flames, and I addressed on of them in a serious, non-insulting manner, only adding at the end that despite it being flames, it provided valuable critique. Dogsbody then said that it was not inflammatory, and that it should not be taken as such. I had responded taking apart the inflammatory post, pointing out which parts were flames through a simple breakdown of the post in question. I was then threatened with a warning.

The piece I was requesting critique on is in an attached text file. I was requesting critique on the writing piece, and encountering insulting and demeaning reactions (flames) only to have those reactions defended by moderators Dogsbody and Freddo. When I made a simple serious rebuttal, I was threatened in order to have me kept quiet on the issue. It took another moderator (Summer) stepping in to stop the ensuing flames coming from members such as Powerslide, which had only been defended by Dogsbody and Freddo.

In another thread discussing school bomb threats taking place, I do have an article I wrote a while back on dealing with such threats. I explained that the people making the threats were idiots, and that if they were serious about what they were doing they would have blown something else up before hand. This goes in hand with the attached "Bomber's Mentality" text which I have written in the past.

Dogsbody then seized the opportunity, accused me of making a terrorist threat, and said that I have incited numerous flame wars, and had been previously banned. The reality is the other banned account was banned by him right before banning my current account in order to make the claim. It was an inactive account that I never used, and had only used previously because I was on vacation and had forgotten my password. The suspension dates are the same if you look.

My point is that I have encountered frequent discrimination on your forums on account of Dogsbody and Freddo, and their position as moderators on your forums does not say good things about your company. I expect a quick reply.
