If you scroll down to the alphabetical list at the bottom, you can click on each letter for a list of idiomatic phrases... some may be helpful, others not so much.. Do you all know of other sites like this?

I'm wondering what this expression is called because I would like an interpretive list of these too:

"People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones"..

(I think that means that people who are just as guilty of something shouldn't point fingers??)

Is there a link that shows interpretations for statements like that one?

That type of saying (the kind with some kind of advice or moral) is usually called a proverb. There's a pretty good list on Wikiquote, but I'm not allowed to put a link in my post until I make a few more. (I could be a spammer.) Maybe if I just do this... en DOT wikiquote DOT org SLASH wiki SLASH English_proverbs
