Can somebody help me get rid of stuttering and mumbling? I really stops me from doing what I find fun to do. :( When I am recording a podcast, it is really annoying that I have to record all over again because of these problems. :x
Can anyone help me right now?

Perhaps you could try to slow your speech down and make it more methodical and paced.

It helps me. I'd constantly get stuck on words and stutter those I don't say often if I didn't pace myself.

Is stuttering a part of Asperger's? I am undiagnosed but I have always had this problem as well.

Get into the performing arts, drama and choir especially.

I use to have a slight stutter, and have used a metronome to time myself while talking, it helps to establish a steady tempo, I have also used singing to help me talk clearer, singing uses a different part of the brain.

I used to have a pretty bad stutter, but I've (mostly) overcome it by realizing when I'm doing it and just pausing my speech (replacing it with an "uhhh") while I prethink whatever I'm trying to say.
