Sorry, Erin. I know you're not. I guess I'm worried about shaking things up.
My son can sense when something is being mechanically driven and when an outsider is introduced, he might reacte negatively due to anxiety. This is an outsider, not part of the team he just spent 2 months getting used to. This is what I don't like about it. He's been doing wonderfully. I guess with this new side of my son they want to ensure they are covering all the bases (or cta's).
My son has moved forward, why can't they? He's quirky, odd, and it's to be expected. Now, lets get on with business as usual. Bringing in someone else and making him go through the interview etc, will just introduce anxiety and make him mistrustful (I think). My son is extremely astute and complicated.
