We live in an apartment complex, and when i was leaving the house earlier i noticed a piece of paper glued to the front door. It said: "Leave the door closed cause of cat harrasment". Now what does that mean? Does it mean someone is harassing cats, or are the cats harassing the building? :?

Could it possibly mean "Leave the door closed because of cat harrasment?" :?

My guess would be that someone is harrassing cats.
I'd leave the critter inside for a while either way just to be safe.

I've absolutely no idea

Once my mum and I returned to our car to find someone had put a note on the windscreen saying 'don't park in the middle'. We weren't parked in the middle of anything

Maybe someone heard that someone in the neighborhood is harassing cats and became concerned about the cats that live in the building.
