okays, which of your five senses are the strongest? I've been wondering, since my sense of touch and hearing are very good, while my sense of taste and smell are very bad. :S
I work in an animal kennel though, so that may have contributed to my lost sense of scents.

hearing - tested above level of human threshold into canine range ;)

sight - after getting lasik, I see 20/20 :)

taste - probably average -- I'm actually over-sensitive to anything salty.. I don't eat salt! yuck!

touch - about the same as taste.. probably average

smell - I am the least proficient in this sense

6th sense ; ) ESP - trying to get better at knowing if someone/thing is behind me in the woods ;)

Hearing - I can hear dog whistles. 8O

Touch - I assume average

Taste - same

Sight - Obviously lacking since I wear glasses

Smell - Shuts off completely sometimes due to allergies.

Definitely hearing and tactile ("near" touch). It's not a good thing.

Hearing - strongly oversensitive (to the point of real trouble with daily things)
Vision - sensitive to light, but wear glasses
Touch - mildly oversensitive to "far" touch
Taste - mildly oversensitive (it's the texture that gets me)
Smell - mildly oversensitive

Tactile - strongly oversensitive (again, trouble with daily things)
Vestibular - strongly oversensitive
Proprioception - undersensitive, I think

Hearing- better than NTs but not good as autistics but I find some loud sounds painful

smell- below average I think

touch- slightly sensitive

sight- Bad I have to wear glasses and waiting to get my new pair

taste- average

Hearing: Pretty normal except when im really focusing on something else.

Smell: Average i think

Touch: Oversensitive. I cant stand being lightly touched or tickled for instance. I also sometimes bite peoples heads off for touching me when im in the middle of something or when i dont expect it.

Sight: I use glasses so its pretty bad.

Taste: A little above average, i cant stand spicy stuff as its too much. I never use salt, and i think i can taste when foods have gone bad before most people.

I have an epic sense of smell. I can smell a balloon from about 4 feet away, PVC pipe from about 8 feet away, and other smells no one can smell from any distance.

Is there any way I can cash in on this talent?

hearing; I seem to have canine hearing.
sight: nonexistent as of yet
smell: Mine is very keen to the point where I can use it to identify people.
taste: This is an endless source of pleasure. I sometimes rock or twitch when I eat or drink, particularly if the taste is new or very strong. I can drink hot sauce though.
sonar: I am not making this up. I use a form of passive sonar to sense objects around me such as walls, poles, cars, people, and also openings like doorways. Many people have failed to develop this sense.
touch: I'm sensitive to light touch. I can't stand it in a few areas of the skin, but enjoy it in others. I was also fired for hitting someone accidentally for pushing me unexpectedly. I'm not sure this is a touch issue though. ESP: I've been told I'm telepathic. That's somewhat weird. If someone tells me I'm some sort of frigging psychic than that's just out there. This may be explained, because I tend to notice details others miss.

Drug-sniffing Human? ;) Even if you could do it, I doubt you'd want to be a bomb-sniffing Human -- that could be pretty dangerous!

I have no real comparison point for most of my senses, but I know my best and worst.

Sight: Normal. In spite both my parents having problems.

Smell: Undersensitive. I can't smell anything that's only faintly present, and sometimes can't smell things when walking into a room that everyone else seems to pick up instantly.

Hearing: I don't like loud noises or loud music. If something is too loud such as a truck passing as I walk along the footpath it can be painful. At the same time I can have more trouble interpreting voices than others

Touch: Nothing out of the ordinary that I know. I don't like wearing wool, but not too fussy.

Taste: Nothing out of the ordinary that I know.

My sense of smell is excellent. My Mom jokes with me that if all my other career possibilities fail, I can at least work as a bloodhound for the police. :D
