This is the results of tests I did recently
My current functioning was certainly very very lop sided, like I rated on the top 8th percentile on tasks of non-verbal reasoning, placing me within the superior range, but only at the bottom 19th percentile for verbal tasks. My performance with working memory was even more reduced, falling within the bottom 9th percentile. Overall, my cognitive functioning was within the average range with my full score at 112

These results were very similar to a test I had when I was 15 and that one was even more lop sided. Because I excelled so much in that one with perceptive reasoning. Like the block design I got a perfect score. These lop sided congitive functions seem to follow a very familiar pattern to many autistics in particular.

I think usage of certain cognitive faculties varies in time from a few hours to a few days to weeks, months, or even years. Loss of perspective on this fact might lead to strange IQ scores if one is not in regular contact with their full range of cognitive discrimination abilities. Dunno if my tangent helped or not, hope it did though.

Don't trust I.Q scores. Particularly because they were designed for Neurotypicals. Most neurotypicals are incapable of reticulated intelligence.

I took three I.Q tests in my life. one at 13, scored 116. At 15 I scored 123. At 17 I scored 152. Either my brain is upgrading itself exponentially and i'm currently at 200, or the tests don't work. I prefer the latter.

I have a large gap between my verbal and nonverbal IQs as well, but the reverse of yours. My nonverbal IQ is in the 70th percentile, and my verbal IQ is in the 99.9th percentile. It is common with both ASDs and NLD (which I have), which are both characterized by areas of extreme strength and areas of extreme weakness. NTs usually have a more balanced profile, and in fact more than a 15 point difference between PIQ and VIQ is considered clinically significant. My difference is 39 points.

Or you could just use the 200 thing as a pick up line for women. 8)

Maybe the women at a local Mensa meeting!

Then I can also use my favorite pick up line: Either I just contracted a brief case of cardiac arrythmia, or the palpatations were due to your sexual magnetism.

I was also put through Weschler Memory Scale test and my Long term memory was well above average but my working memory was down in the bottom 9th percentile and memory for faces were down in the bottom 2nd percentile for both long and short term. However my long term memory on the Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure test was up in the top 1% percentile.
